We strongly recommend keeping additional funds in your account to ensure that open positions and margin requirements are maintained, as deposits may be subject to delays of up to 24 hours or cancellations at any time.

Withdrawals are processed by us within three business days, but please note that your bank may take up to ten days to credit the funds to your card.

For customers funding via debit or credit card, we require a photocopy or scan of the front and back of the card. Be sure to black out all digits except for the last four when sending it to us. For further details, please refer to the MyAccount section.

Please note: Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be refunded immediately with a 3% penalty.

Additionally, in cases of frequent withdrawals, some merchants like Neteller may hold funds for up to 7 days, meaning such withdrawals may take 8 to 15 business days to process.
